Instructions For Paper Submissions:
Full papers should be between 3000-5000 words excluding references (Note: although the submission server indicates 10 page max, use that as a soft target, with the word count as the primary measure of length.). Submission should be prepared using the templates provided below. All submissions should be submitted electronically in either .sxw (OpenOffice), .doc, .pdf, .rtf or LaTex format through the conference paper submission server. The paper should include title, abstract and a complete list of references, but no authors names. The official language of the conference is English. Additional formatting instructions for the camera ready copy will be provided. Papers accepted for the conference will be included in the conference proceedings, which are published by Springer. Authors of accepted papers will be therefore be required to sign a copyright transfer (as well as register for and attend the conference).

Instructions For Panel, Tutorial and Workshop Proposals:
Panel, Tutorial and Workshop proposals should be 1-2 pages (max) and formatted following the templates below. All submissions should be submitted electronically in either .sxw (OpenOffice), .doc, .pdf, .rtf or LaTex format through the conference paper submission server. Panel proposals accepted for the conference will be published in the conference proceedings, which are published by Springer.
